Alumni Library Forum Privacy Policy

  • We keep minimal details about our members for purposes of updating members on alumni developments, events and collaboration.
  • You are welcome to request what details we have for you, update your details, or unsubscribe from the Forum at any time by emailing us. We will check your details as soon as we have picked up the request, and confirm when the action has been completed.
  • By completing this form you are consenting to receive ALF newsletters.
  • If you attend an ALF event, your details will be added to a delegates list in order to aid collaboration. If you do not wish to be listed, please notify us at the time of booking your place.
  • Occasionally the committee are asked who is an ALF member within a particular institution. In this instance we may contact the individual member to let them know there are other staff interested in alumni service development within their institution.
